6/21/11 Update

>VBS: Our Vacation Bible School, Son Harvest County Fair, is underway. The program runs from 6pm to 8:30pm Monday thru Friday. Our attendance has doubled from last year! May the Lord touch these young lives for His glory, and the advancement of His Church.

>A YARD SALE is planned for July 16th at the church. Cost per table is $5 for fundraisers, or $10 for personal. If interested contact Jess Ross here.

>PAKISTAN: At their request, we are quickly moving ahead with our contacts in Pakistan to establish a working "umbrella" for mission outreach there utilizing existing faithful national pastors and missionaries. They are already working to establish a "Springwood Chapel" fellowship of New Covenant churches from existing Bible studies. Much prayer is needed as we seek to lay the logistical framework. >ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL: Brother Jim Stouch continueshis  study of the book of Isaiah.  Attendance is excellent as Jim brings practical application to this amazing book.

>WEDNESDAY EVENING STUDY: We continue our study in the book of Acts. It is exciting to see the Lord's unfurling of His long promised eternal Kingdom.

>AFRICA: Pastor Ed continues to prepare  for a November 2011 trip to South Africa to work with ZEMA missionaries Luaan & Susanne Goosen ("Kwusin"). This is Pastor Ed's fourth trip to this region. The work there continues to grow and has been blessed by the much needed help of Jon & Lauren Emanuelson who have jouined the Goosens in the Eastern Cape.  See Missions Page...
